MAISON KAPPAはDAO（分散型自律組織）として、従来のピラミッド構造ではなく、メンバーの自発的な意思決定と協力によって成り立っています。各メンバーが自由に価値を創造し、互いに支え合うことで、透明性のある持続可能なコミュニティの実現を目指します。持続可能な未来のために必要なのは、人々が自由に自己の特性を発揮し、共創できる「創造の土壌」を作り上げることです。この土壌は全メンバーが価値を創造・共有できる場所であり、共助と共創を通じて社会に新しい基盤を築くことを目指します。

MAISON KAPPA is a DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization), which is based on the voluntary decision-making and cooperation of its members, rather than a traditional pyramid structure. Each member is free to create value and support each other, aiming to realize a transparent and sustainable community. What is needed for a sustainable future is to create a "soil of creation" where people can freely express their characteristics and co-create. This soil is a place where all members can create and share value, aiming to build a new foundation for society through mutual assistance and co-creation.

かつて人は、誰もが“創造力”を持っていました。けれど時代とともに、その力を育む文化や信仰は薄れ、“クリエイティビティ”は「特別な才能」として扱われるようになりました。それでもなお、創る意志を持ち続け、自分の中の自由な発想を信じている人たちがいます。私たちは、そんな存在を“妖怪”と呼んでいます。一見すると異能のようにも映るその力は、誰の中にもあった「生きることへのまなざし」なのかもしれません。彼らはそれを手がかりに、日々の暮らしや関係を静かに、確かに前へと進めようとしています。新たなアイデアや大胆な表現だけではない、豊かさや手ざわりを求めて動く姿――それこそが、私たちにとっての原動力です。そして妖怪は、自然や文化の多様性を象徴する存在でもあります。異なる背景を持つ人々が、互いの個性を尊重し合う。その姿に、これからの社会のかたちを重ねています。日の光を避ける妖怪のように、自分のこだわりや知性を大切にしながら、安心して過ごせる場所をつくりたい。そんな妖怪たちが、自分の道を歩み、その姿を讃え合える文化を育てていく――それが、私たちの願いです。

In the past, everyone possessed "creativity." However, over time, the culture and beliefs that nurtured this power faded, and "creativity" came to be treated as a "special talent." Yet, there are still people who maintain the will to create and believe in their own free ideas. We call such beings "YOKAI." Their power, which may seem like a unique ability at first glance, might be the "perspective on life" that existed within everyone. They use this as a clue to quietly and surely move their daily lives and relationships forward. Their pursuit of richness and texture—not just new ideas or bold expressions—is our driving force. YOKAI also symbolize the diversity of nature and culture. People from different backgrounds respect each other's individuality. We see this as a reflection of the form of society in the future. Like YOKAI who avoid sunlight, we want to create a place where we can cherish our own preferences and intelligence while feeling safe. We hope to cultivate a culture where such YOKAI can walk their own paths and celebrate each other's presence—that is our wish.

“妖怪集団”には、デザイナーやエンジニア、映像作家から、ダンサー、料理人、伝統芸能の担い手、そしてマーケティングなど企画・戦略領域の人たちまで、さまざまな専門性を持つメンバーが集まっています。彼らは「創造力を貫く意志」を軸に、多様な背景やスキルを混ぜ合わせ、私たちを新たな地平へと導く推進力を生み出していきます。私たちは、こうした“妖怪”が集う場で、参加者のプロジェクトや事業を支援し、相互連携を促進します。ワークショップやイベントを通じて、利用者同士が刺激し合い、豊かなアイデアを共有できるコミュニティを育てていく。誰もが自分の創造力と専門性を存分に発揮できる、“コモンズ”としての空間をサポートしていきます。

The "YOKAI Collective" brings together members with diverse expertise, ranging from designers, engineers, and filmmakers to dancers, chefs, traditional artists, and professionals in planning and strategy such as marketing. They blend their varied backgrounds and skills around the axis of "the will to uphold creativity," generating the driving force that leads us to new horizons. We support participants' projects and businesses in spaces where these "YOKAI" gather, promoting mutual collaboration. Through workshops and events, we cultivate a community where users can inspire each other and share rich ideas. We will support a space as a "commons" where everyone can fully demonstrate their creativity and expertise.
