戦略は机上ではなく、現場から照らすことで命を持ちます。私たちは事業経験に裏打ちされた視点から、「どう運用されるか」「どこで利益を生むか」を見通し、その実現に必要なボトルネックやリソース課題を、上流段階から洗い出します。戦略は“逆流”させることで、息を吹き返します。
2. 上流との“共創”を前提にした設計プロセス
はじめから「戦略は現場と共にある」と考えます。上流コンサルが描く顧客戦略と並走しながら、現場で必要となる要件定義や体制設計を同時進行。全体のプロジェクトマネジメントは、“妖怪”のように正体不明ながらも全体を見渡す存在が担い、上流・実務をシームレスにつなぎます。

We forecast "how it will be operated" and "where it will generate profit" from a business experience-backed perspective, identifying bottlenecks and resource issues needed for realization from the upstream stage. Strategies are revitalized by "reverse engineering."
2. Design process based on "co-creation" with upstream
We start with the belief that "strategy is always with the field." While running alongside the customer strategy drawn by upstream consultants, we simultaneously define requirements and design structures needed in the field. The overall project management is handled by an "unidentified" entity that, like a "Kappa," oversees the entire project, seamlessly connecting upstream and operational aspects.
3. Implementation power by diverse "Kappas"
