MAISON KAPPAの“学び”は、誰かに教えられるものではありません。 むしろそれは、“知っているつもり”から自らをほどくアンラーニングの旅でもあります。

本や思想、身体で感じる知性と向き合いながら、リベラルアーツ的な幅広い問いと感性を大切に育てていきます。そこには、効率や成果とは異なる「土に染み込むような時間」が流れています。 その営みの中で、私たちは“ルーツマン”のように、過去と現在、土と都市、個と共のあいだを繋ぎ直す存在でありたいと願っています。知や表現の“根”は、目に見えないまま静かに広がり、 誰かの中でふと芽吹くその瞬間こそが、MAISON KAPPAの本当の継承です。

これからは、アーカイブや学びのプログラムなどを通じて、“MAISON KAPPAらしさ”が混ざり合いながら、静かに広がっていく土壌を耕していきます。それは単なる教育ではなく、創造の地層をともに耕すこと。

それぞれのルーツに光をあてながら、次の誰かへ手渡していく時間です。

MAISON KAPPA's "learning" is not something that can be taught by someone else. Rather, it is a journey of unlearning that frees oneself from the assumption of "knowing."

Within this process, we aspire to be like "root people," reconnecting the past and present, the soil and the city, the individual and the collective. The "roots" of knowledge and expression quietly spread without being visible, and it is the moment when they suddenly sprout within someone that represents the true inheritance of MAISON KAPPA.

From now on, we will cultivate the soil where "MAISON KAPPA-ness" quietly spreads, through archives and learning programs. It is not just education, but the act of tilling the layers of creation together.

Through this process, we hope to pass on the "roots" of our knowledge and expression to the next generation.
